- Grinding and deburring: Using abrasive filaments or steel wire to remove casting burrs and weld protrusions, or to treat rough surfaces.
- Polishing and leveling: Making surfaces of metal, wood, leather, or fabric smooth and glossy, or creating a uniform short-pile finish on fabrics (sanding/brushing).
- Dust and impurity removal: Clearing excess fuzz from raw textile fabrics, removing dust from electronic components, or cleaning debris from conveyor belts.
- Sealing and protection: Installed in door/window gaps or equipment crevices to block dust and moisture, while also providing shock absorption and cushioning.
- Auxiliary processes: Such as static dissipation, water absorption and drying, material alignment/separation, or facilitating open-flame singeing treatments.

Bristles: Φ0.18mm modified PBT polyester filaments, 16mm trim length, high-density tufting (32 filaments/cm);

Compatibility: Designed for Φ120mm Yankee dryer cleaning rolls; suitable for high-speed tissue machines operating at 1200m/min.
