High-Precision Aluminum Plate Grinding Machine for Industrial Use

The aluminum plate grinding machine is available in three types: double-roll grinding machine, belt grinding machine, and an integrated machine incorporating both double rolls and a belt grinder.

This equipment is designed for mirror polishing of metal surfaces, capable of achieving a mirror-like finish with a surface purity of RA ≤ 0.036 μm.

The machine offers continuous production capability. After unloading onto a vacuum platform, it can polish multiple wafers simultaneously. The machine frame is constructed from rugged, stress-relieved welded steel. Each frame and major component is engineered to resist deformation and withstand impact. All surfaces are finished with polishing, primer coating, and topcoating.
