1. Simplified design, low failure rate, and high rigidity:

CNC robots are used for loading, loading, and forming, with high ingot positioning accuracy, smooth chip flow, and a highly rigid frame design. This design ensures machine rigidity and can meet the requirements of heavy boring operations.

2. Ingot size measurement:

Automatic measurement of ingot diameter and length to facilitate positioning and automate operations.

3. Self-centering positioning:

Ingot positioning is accomplished using three V-shaped clamps with self-centering function, which clamp the ingot's outer circle, automatically center themselves, and feature a simple design.

4. Fast loading and unloading:

The system includes four sets of CNC manipulators: one set of loading manipulator, one set of double-arm manipulator (specifically for boring loading and unloading), and one set of frame manipulator.

The loading manipulator is specifically used to transport the material frame to the loading and holding station and measure the ingot length.

The double-arm manipulator is specifically used to transport and measure the diameter of ingots from the loading and holding station to the machining station and from the machining station to the unloading and finished product storage station to reduce non-productive time and ensure processing efficiency.

The framing manipulator is specifically used to lift ingots from the unloading and finished product storage station for framing to save non-productive time. The transfer roller is used to transport ingots connected to the boring machine and lathe, and also performs pre-machining and machining. The final ingot.

5. Drilling Lubrication Process:

The boring bar lubrication system uses jet lubrication on the tool's end face to completely lubricate the tool, thereby cooling the tool head during boring, extending tool head life, accelerating boring speed, and improving boring quality. The jet is ejected from the center of the boring bar's support rod toward the blade.

6. Double-sided boring process, large boring depth:

Tools are installed on both sides of the boring head to balance the boring force, prevent the ingot from tilting due to the boring force, and increase the boring depth.

7. Boring head, CNC expansion and contraction technology:

The boring bar rotates and moves longitudinally and is supported by a support rod. It has two functions: boring and reaming on both sides, one boring tool on each side, and CNC expansion and contraction. A tool head is used without manual tool setting. It offers high efficiency and good machining accuracy. For large-diameter holes, reaming technology is used, while for small-diameter holes, reaming technology is used due to chip removal issues.
